Ahem. 9-2-07 *snaps fingers*

JOURNEY'S END

At the end of the line
Some might call fine
As demons come to dine
On all our flesh divine

Summon your courage
Young heroes of bold
This is the end
Of this long story told

This is finality
This is fidelity
This is eternity
This is the destination

Brave heroes
Your struggle ends
Here and now
As your lives now fade

There is no life for you
There is no honor for you
There is no glory for you
There is nothing for you

All you know is gone
Your life is fading
And now there's nothing
But the darkness of emptyness

What is this feeling
It is warm
It smells good
What is it?

This is my blood
I have fallen
This is my death
Impossible

You still fight
Even though you are dead
Dead as a rock
And yet you continue

I am dieing
How is this
The end of the tunnel
I can see it

Thank you
Young heroes
You have saved not only me
But you have saved the world

My journey is over
Young heroes of bold
But yours is just beginning
Make sure it stays told.

Wow this poem was really sad.....*tears up a little* and somewhat scary but anyways I loved it shadow you did awsome on describing and I loved reading it!^^

I really liked this one too. But dude, It's gotta have the title, Journey's End. It's definitely along the theme, but it's gotta be your poem's title.

Thanks. I had fogotten about that. I couldn't come up with an appropriate title anyway. Final Destination didn't make much sense anyway. lol. That just made that part easier.

Thanks. A journey's end. I find poetry very easy. The only problem i have is, when i get replies, i can never tell if they're heartfelt.
