My Compass Rose - a haiku for the december entry

I was a wanderer, lost just floating in the sea,
No one to guide me, no one to make me see.
You came my way showing me where to go,
Now with you i know I will never be lost.

*** author's note: for this month i wanted to do a haiku . something simple sweet just to tell my someone special how i feel. it's not as grand as some declaration. but this is me.. *****

Khhhhmmmm... >.< That is not a haiku... Haiku is three lines long with 5-7-5 sylabes in the lines

The poem is very nice and loving and it flows nicely... I like the theme about being a wanderer. I actually like the poem pretty much, however its slightly out of the rules >.<
