    October POTM winner

    Better late than never...the winner of the October POTM is...


    Movie of Death <horror> - Inuruto


    The judges thought this poem showed great effort and the use of horror movie titles in the poem was a fun and creative idea. The referenced movies worked well with the flow of the poem, and fell right into place. It gave the distinct impression of death always waiting nearby with not only a sense of suspense, but with quite a bit of cleverness as well.

    Inuruto! Woooo Hoooooo! *joins you in victory dance.

    I remember the first poem you wrote on AO (I was Inuruto's first friend here, na na-na boo boo!). You've always had a shine. And this poem proves just how creative you are, and how brilliant that shine is.

    Overall I was super impressed with last months turnout in POTM. Seemed like just about everybody had something unique and well thought out to contribute.

    I am totally shocked...

    I never considered that I would win cause it was some good/tough competiton/poems submitted... Don't worry Ray I was as stupefied probably just like you were cause you was one of the people who I thought was going to be selected...

    To be honest I liked all the poems that was submitted to POTM & thought that mine was just there taking up space... I think like that cause I always sell myself short in many cases...

    I just want to CONGRATULATE everybody who participated cause all of the poems I've read had talented writers behind them...

    And say THANK YOU to all the people who read, commented, congratulated me, & saw my work for what it is...

    And another thank you goes out to Divine for the suggestion he proposed to me... ^_^

    Final, but not least Thanks to Gren & any other mods who take the time & patience to set this forum up & poem section & keeps it running for people like me who use poetry as an outlet, even though this is an anime site/forum... lol

    To my numero-uno friend I had on here on AO... Peach I want to say I 'ppreciate you believing in my talent & ability to shine lol ^_^ I guess, if I have a friend like you I have no choice, but to get my glow on... *compliment*

    Now that's finished *continues doing victory dance w/ Peach* anyone else is welcome to join, if ye' want tu'... ^_^
