Jon f, besides the rules I put up, the poem doesn't need to be any more strict, it can even have a pleasant ring to it without having a rhyme or be a sonneet or any other form of deseignated poem. This answer goes for hellknight as well.

To mangirl, depression? I hope this poem makes you feel a bit less depressive since poetry often comes from the heart and liberates it

By half of the month, to inspire a few...or maybe after three weeks, I could always show the poem I wrote with that exact title a few months ago to give an example

Though it won't give you extra pointers if you imitate it as it has to be as original as possible. As Chief said, it can be something you already wrote, but had been inspired by the theme Beyond the bounds as well as have this title...

So in short, as long as I don't know it's from another poem you wrote, it won't be exactly against the rules, but I've read quite a few poems and if I see that it was copy/pasted, it won't be accepted. Kasai could always look on this as well as she looks a lot in the poetry section as well. Originality is priviledged primarily.
