Politicians (Politics) june entry

What is good for one
is not always good for another
this decision is not carried out by your father
or your mother

By a group of people
who are supposed to be true
and believe souly and securly
in the red the white and the blue

They stand in the eye of the eagle
and under the 50 stared flag.
They don't work for the money
nor the indoubed right to brag.

They run this country
with an iron fist
and those who take advantage
find out the risks.

For freedom they stand
and for our Lady Liberty
Together so grand
protecting you, them, and me.

shouldn't you finish it before posting it?i I've never seen in incomplete
poems posted before not even in a contest.

anyway it very patriotic so far cant really say much more till your done

I liking the poem so far looking forward to reading to complete piece.

True. i don't like politicians. i mean they're great at their jobs but they're just so corrupt.
