My only suddgestoin. I would remove the word "to" from this sentence:

For the needy, homeless, & the deranged...
Do you believe the predicament they are in
is their fault & they're the ones to blame..?

If that statement stays true it is

the poem is well constructed and Peach did have a point in this but i don't know about the other judges but i think the change on the theme meant changes a change in life of something in you changed though the idea of a person asking for some change (like money) may be equated to ask for help.
