I don't know if you're aware, buy you have to post original works for POTW (i.e. by you), and anywhere else in the poetry forum, unless you give credit to the author (correct me if I'm wrong on that, mods). This poem is Dorothy Parker's "One Perfect Rose", from her book Enough Rope, 1926.
