Changes and additions

This thread is for me to track and post any changes or additions to the RP. Keep an eye on this for future updates so you know what you can expect.

-Addition of a second floor to the Tower of death, the monsters that were on floor 1 that were level 30+ were moved to the 2nd floor instead
-Added a new area, the stairway to heaven, located via Deminad City. Climb to the top to find out what is there!
-New area added to the top of the Stairway to heaven. What could be there? Find out by playing the RPG and climbing those steps!
-New safe area added to tower of death first floor, includes a shop with 3 new items and a place to rest for free to regain your HP and MP

-Players can now carry a max of 20 potions at one time
-Lesser Doppleganger moved to the ground floor of Tower of Death and stats have been reduced
-A few monsters in Tower of Death have had floor placement swapped around

-4 new spells added that will buff various stats within battle. Each of these require Arcane level 10 to use.

-Modifications made to Ultima Spell, now a single level that does 400 damage (not including bonus from MAG or reductions from MAG DEF) and costs 90 MP. Price doubled to reflect the new powerful nature of this spell.
-Monster stats drastically reduced to make game much easier
-Members are no longer blocked from playing the RPG for 14 days if they try to rob a bank, it has been reduced to 24 hours. Seeing as it is impossible to rob banks in this RPG just don't do it.

-Levels added to Tower of Death, now the Tower has 10 levels with monsters raising in level from the mid 20s all the way up to 80. I added a little surprise and insanely difficult challenge to the
top floor....if you can make it there alive!
-Vendors and safe zones added to various levels of the Tower of Death, this is to ensure players don't get stuck if they venture too high.

Due to a stat bug being caused by modifiers on equipment all modifiers have been removed. To compensate stat modifiers per stat point have been increased by either 5x or 10x depending on the stat. Please re-distribute all of your stats so that your stat values show their proper numbers, this is especially important if you had Cloud gear as this change will have drastically reduced your stats requiring the restatting.

-Trade Center has been completely disabled. You can still go to it like you were going to go through a trade but when you click to open the trade it cancels itself out. This is to prevent players from allowing other players to exploit the system
-New sections added to Tower of Death floors 9 and 10 to include higher level monsters
