^ That, plus it has sweet stats. ^.^ I've got to work on mastering it's Napalm spell.
Btw, the Supernova spell hasn't stopped leveling up and it is at Level 15...and I guess the Inferno spell, the extremely intense fire spell, is keeping it's base damage of -40 HP? Just asking, I just think it is much too similar to Napalm, but with a higher MP cost, price, and Arcane Skill Level requirement.
And without being able to at least have over 400 MAG, which weapon Strength doesn't increase the power of, so it is by far inferior to physical attacks, which is an imbalance, shouldn't have to go physical over spellcasting to be effective, that makes Inferno be able to not do much more than 250 damage per turn, which is Napalm's damage cap.
All new spells are double that of their predecessors. Napalm is -20 and an additional -10 per level with a damage cap of 250, Inferno is -40 and an additional -20 per level. With a damage cap of 500 per turn. Level up inferno to level 10 and then compare it to napalm, not beforehand. Supernova is max level 20, so that is why it is still leveling, though it does have a damage cap of 500.
so the strength and mag of the new pet can't be increased? it's already at its max.
so whats the max for character stats?
also, will new enchantments be available? if/when?
STR/MAG maxes out at 400 because the STR of weps compensates and the damage of spells are capped at certain numbers so it's a waste to spend more than 400 equiv. points in the stat.
But from my experience of spellcasting, spells don't seem to really get any stronger from level ups (when the Ultima spell was first created, that was a prime example, it didn't do anymore more damage from a level up, when it was supposed to deal a 200 points higher base damage...), Inferno doesn't seem to deal anymore damage at level 4 than it did at level 1, just costs more MP and is less likely to miss (which is great, but it still lacks power) so in my mind, it's base damage is just 20 points stronger than Napalm...
And yeah, new enchantments would be a nice touch, perhaps a powerful, Level 80+ one.
Edit: You know that Basilisk problem Kaki Tori Kaizoku was telling you about, of it giving a lot of experience despite being easy to beat? Well, I think I bumped into another monster like that... >_<
I went to Olokas (sp?) Cave Depths to try encounter some Greater Southern Yetis to get Gold and Silver from them, but when I encountered Merdoom, and beat it, I got about 30 exp from it, that's got to be fixed so I can go back and try to hunt Greater Southern Yetis to get the Gold and Silver I need to combine components to get myself a Diamond, so I have the best component available, just for the heck of it. >.>
Just a little thing, and I know it can't be changed, but I find it funny that the image for the Diamond component is brown/gold colored. XD
trunks glad u finally added new enchantments. i only have the flaming dragon one so far, but how come my engery blade is only casting fireball. i mean, before when i had the fireball enchantment and the supernova enchantment it would say that were casted, but now only the fireball is being casted. my engery blade has supernova, fireball, strength and the flaming dragon enchantment.
Edit: never mind. it started to cast them.
so whats next with the rpg? not that im in any rush, but id like to know whats coming soon. its been a while since the contest and the new items and stuff? just cureous.
