Well, kind of. I don't know where to go with this tag.. so I'd like to see how perhaps someone else would finish it. Don't laugh if it's not at all complicated, cause it's not..

It was a b/w stock after all. Anyone like to finish this up?

and sorry you have nothing good to work with.. i like the stock a lot but kinda really failed making it into something nice.

i can't wait to see it

lol here it is, wasn't sure about adding more effects, thought it might get too cluttered. umm sorry if I ruined it feel free to remove stuff xD

Ta-dah! Here's the .psd with the couple things I added.

yknow, I think I'm gonna make a .psd pack one of these days but it's hard to find a good site. Any suggestions?
