Ok. first I love anime, especially with vampires, I often dream I become a vampire, that's impossible, so I am thinking make a anime with handsome vampires in it.

I mean, use the photos to make a flash. The Photo Flash Maker I have can set background music, so dubbing is another question. It can text, so I can text subtitles.
I know it's hard in the beginning, but I want to have a try, any one can help?
