How do you resize animated images?

Hello, I've been wondering this for a while. Couldn't find any tutorials online, so I was just wondering how to shrink an animated gif file.

before Adobe merged Photoshop and ImageReady, you used to be able to do it no problem in ImageReady just like you would a normal image, but that was 3 versions of Photoshop ago, and I haven't really found a good substitute for it since.

aceman67 its right unfortunately, but you can always brake the frames and shrink one by one unless your shrinking an entire gif movie....
