I was searching the net for some affordable photo editing software. Since I'm sure I'm not the only one here who is working full-time while going to school full time. It's important to keep our finances together, it's also a good idea NOT to "pirate" while trying to satisfy the urge to create and/or mod pics. Well, I came across a free "legal" download of "Photoplus 6.0" It's great for rookies (such as myself), it has a descent set of tools to get started, and did I mention it's free? Hmm. This is very good to know. Thank you. It's good to have a program you nurse you along until you can afford the real stuff. ^^

I myself have a picture editing program, but I have two computers. The newer one is the one without a editing program, so this is good if I ever get the desire to create. Or edit...not editing actually. I don't think I've edited anything before. I have made a sprite based on fire emblem sprites, but that isn't Anime is it...
