Mine Look Like this
hi!..I drew my own anime character on a piece of paper. I want it to color using photoshop so i scanned it and save it to my computer but the problem is how do I outline my sketch? do I need to use pen tool? maybe brush or pencil? please can you teach me some techniques on how I do that?

Ofcourse
First make a new layer above your Sketch
Use pentool and make a line
In the line add dots
and move your pentool in dots and make shape
and you make the outline of your sketch

bending the line? and how do I go to the another area without? i mean, let just say Im using pentool in the head of my sketch then I want to go to the hand part of my sketch?
First make a straight
in the straight line make some anchor point using pentool
and select one anchor point using pentool bend them
