    i need help

    ok i have been tryin to make my bg clear on a reader ect but i still dont know who to was told to save it under png format but i still donno cos it wont work .....cant anyone help me plz ??....

    well png format usually works (thats the format i use). the only thing i can think that u could be doin wrong is not having the bg looking like this:


    but i don't know what program u use so i can only be general.
