Layout Design, for future site, feedback plz

All i want is feedback. My first post had links in it, and it was edited by a mod so no one could view them. Then, it was closed.. so i reposted a newtopic with just the picture itself added... it got deleted due to "Advertising".

I just want to be clear.. I have NO WEBSITE OR URL set up yet... I just want feedback. Can we please leave this topic up..? or the mod plz pm me n address the conflict...

Here is the picture... once again it is a layout i made for a future site... no website yet...

feedback plz.. how can i make it better, what do u guys think of the color scheme and design?

If you really want feedback PM me and I will check the site out and offer my advice as someone with web design experience. Please include what you want me to comment on and what your trying to achieve with the site. As far as the other threads you have to realize that what you are asking for only draws people away from this site...to none other than your site or would be site and is thus advertising, I know it may seem like a pain as you may have the purist of intentions but it is how things are. All we ask is you respect the rules.
