I visit DA frequently but I didn't notice any tuts? Are they for premium members only? If not where can I find them? Can post a link pls? (thanks to whoever posted the link(s))
Practice is vital key to drawing. They also have some nice tutorials posted on deviantart. While your there you could even browse the galleries for some inspirational pieces.

*Sigh* I never really learned to draw traditional anime style. I learned realism first, and then turned my realism into cartoons that mimmicked anime/manga style. But I usually like to be more creative and develop my own styles, drawing stuff like H.R.Giger or Dorian Clevenger. But if you want some good tut's go to conceptart . com.

im not a drawer or artist but a tip that ive heard of is to trace pokemon (?) or ur favorite anime. i guess that this tecnique is good because ull eventually know the characters so well that u won't need to trace anymore
