Well its been a while and I desire some change.
Im looking for a sig and avatar of Tatsuma Sakamoto from Gintama.
I want them to be the biggest size possibly allowed on this forum.
I also want the sig to say: "AHAHA! It must be Twitchy"
It would be so sweet if someone could make me a siggy. :] I would love it so much.

Here is the background image. If possible, can the colors be yellow gray and white? Like the stripes be yellow and gray? I'm not familiar with photoshop or anything at all for that matter so I have no clue what is possible. lol

Size is 500x 115 is fine I guess.
I only really want yellow white and black in here. If you think a certain color would so magic then throw it in.
