    Um..a little help?

    Okay this going to sound a little dumb but how do you rotate a picture in photoshop?

    just click on you select tool(any one will do), and right click on you image and choose "transform", from there you should be able to grab onto rotation axels, when you're satisfied with it, just click on your move tool.(when you do that it will ask you to "apply", apply and move yourimage wherever you want now :P

    Just to make it even more easier, the shortcut to the transform option is ctrl t.
