i like the first one. some nice effects and it's prettyful enough. i'm not a big fan of the quake one. it just seems a bit too one shade of red. like maybe it needs a couple different shades and some tonality

Monkey!? Long time my friend ;) Anyway, I made this a while back for a SOTW on another site but haven't had any feedback on it. It is a blend of 4 different images, some actual painting and some serious lighting/shadowing adjustments (all pics featured day-ish lighting). Enjoy!

...I think I could've done better in Anise's sig (The pink one) I couldnt get much out of the render than I hoped to...and I probably should've worked a bit more on the BG.
