Thread: Am i the only one who doesn't like the newer Gundam series?

Yeah thats really the best way to do it, just find out for yourself. Me and ochigate here just have a difference of opinion is all. I like it a lot. It has Gp-02 which is an awesome suit and I believe it was the first series to include gundamjacking. Which is an awesome concept.

First chronologically in the series timeline, but they did it in Z Gundam.

I also liked the Neue Zeil, i have a bad tendency to compare every MA to it..

I don't blame you. The Neue Zeil was way overpowered. I like it , but it was ridiculous. The deborium wasn't that cool in my opinion.

it's because this ma (not ms, by the way), is the most advance in its time. after all, it utilizes an a.i. that imitates a psycomm. so it's like ma for newtypes. that's why the gp03 is no match against it.

too bad 0083 want more cannon-friendly.. i mean, it breaks cannon so much..

Pretty sure there where no I-Fields in Z gundam
they dont speak of a colony falling on wheat fields
MS evolution seems to favor RX-78 to RX-178 than prototypes that seem not to have mattered.

actually there is...but not the i-field, more likely an i-field effect. the battle between camile and jegan. due to camile's newtype powers, the biosensor reacted to his response that created an i-field before creating the hyper beam saber. besides, it was zeon who created the i-field generator and production of creating it was ceased by titans since they also occupied and controlled anaheim during their reign. and there's no need for them to talk about a colony drop at all since it is irrelevant in z gundam timeline. and in this time, zeon went on hiding and most space colonies are now in the hands of titans. so no collony drop.

but more importantly 0083 is a side story canon, so it has few connections.
