So why do you care that we talk about some sites were just saying there good dont ban me for saying this but im just wondering unless there are really spaming saying go here go here i can see but if we just say that we like this site or that is it really that bad.

Its because Anime Online is hosted on servers located in US territory, and is thus subject to US Copyright and Trademark laws. Its OK to talk about a anime series, but its not OK to promote the transfer and downloading of illegally posted material. (in other words, we need to do this to legally cover our own rear ends here...)

If the site does not host illegal postings, and does not have links to sites with illegal postings, then it is OK to talk about it (provided it not a part of a 'stealth' advertising campaign...)
