i liked wing zero customs wings. thought they where cool cuz they where different...

yeah, they seem to fly using the GN particle thingys.

The wings they carried on the backs had a purpose actually. They helped Gundams look pretty kool in space

speaking of wing zero, have you all ever notice where does it hides it's twin buster rifle? if it's on his back that would be impossible because it's big and it's not even been mentioned where does wing zero put it's it's twin buster rifle...another glitch like the freedom gundam.

Call me slow or whatever, but i just noticed something while watching the second episode of Gundam 00. I always thought that the Gundam pilot with the wavy purple hair was a girl, it happened to be that this pilot is actually a dude.

I found that out on the first episode. Odd, as all the gumpf beforehand had it made out as a female pilot. Hopefully we'll actually get another one of these (just finished watching G Gundam you see

), but I'm not holding much hope on that.

Then you'd been reading gumpf from folks who can't read Japanese. Tieria's been male (and portrayed as such) from the start :P Though he is intentionally "pretty". That's also been pointed out in quite a bit of the promo material (especially the stuff aimed at girls).

Thankfully, he hasn't done anything girly yet

Is it just me, or do the boys seem to lack any sort of defined heirarchy? Lockon seems to be VAGUELY in charge (by virtue of seniority) but that with that Haro co-pilot of his (R2D2 much?) and a sort of dippy personality he doesn't seem inspire much confidence. Alleluiah seems to be a chronic follower... Setsuna is a war-obsessed lone wolf... and Tieria... we know he's brave and seems to be calling at least some of the shots, that's about it.

But they aren't fighting either... and they seem to already be used to working together. I had gotten the impression from all the promo material that the focus of the show would be at least, in part, on them all coming together as a team.

Honestly, I'm not sure where all of this is going anymore :P

yeah, i just saw pics, no names or anything, and i thought it was a girl.

Yep, it is a good episode. Now, i sort of understand the whole purpose of the celestial beings. In this episode there is one battle in Sri Lanka and all four Gundams participate.

I felt so dumb watching that episode and not knowing that the guy w/ the purple air was a guy.

Still, it was a good episode that shows the perspective and views of the three group nations and still kept some good action in it.

Second spisode already? cool, gonna have to look that up while I type...

As for gun locations when stored, I'm not too sure on Freedom, but Strike Freedom, the upgrade, carries them on it's hips. I know cause I brought the model today, in a 2 model kit with Legend Gundam, in there too. Might post the pics in here, before I customize...

EDIT!!! Just tried to find episode using the 3rd part of the first episode I'd bookmarked, only to find in red letters "This video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Sunrise, Inc.", surrounded by a red border. Seems they're moving fast. Guess I gotta see if the 2nd eps gone already! I'll edit again if I find out either way.

no, the problem with freedom is that the guns on its waist are supposed to be Rail guns, yet they just shoot a beam. a railgun uses magnets to silently shoot big slugs of metal.
