Ah, I see. I guess that'd make them an ultimate sniping weapon. My sister would like that. She's the sniper, I'm the assault in things like Halo...

It does look like episode 2 has been removed, cause I can't find any of it by searching, though I did find a clip of their first mission together. Here's a link if your interested. Mind you, I did notice the mechs their "assisting" at first turn out to be the same models as Exia's pilot almost got killed by. Check it out at 4:18, just as they go past if your not sure. The same army perhaps...

yeah, i think i watched it just in time.

anyway, the exia seems really well-equipped. cant wait to see the fight in the next episode..

I did end up finding a copy of it. -deleted- I think I'd prefer the Exia myself, especially after seeing it in battle. A slightly longer ranged weapon would be nice, but I won't refuse the mech as is, that's for damn sure!

I do have a quick question though. Any chance we know which day it's airing? I'm guessing Japanese time, but I'm curious about which day so I can set a reminder to look for it the next day, before the legalities get it deleted.

i always check on mondays, and am typically met with success.

exia has a beam carbine-thing. thats decently ranged...

i think i like exia the most, but dynames is pretty close behind...

Exia is a mobile suit designed for close combat, so its moves are pretty fast. I just watched the 3rd episode and already some dudes want to get a hold of the power particles that come out of the turbo engines of the back of the Gundams. It would be interesting if they matched the power of the Gundams with their mobile suits they have in production.

the "anti- Gundam force"....sounds interesting. you know it will happen, they will steal a suit and make a better one. im betting it will be exia, b/c ussually the main character gets a new suit halfway through the series.

I agree with your hypothesis. Also, i find it weird that Exia is the only one that is sent for close combat missions.

not really, theyre all specialized for something, and exia is just the best equipped for cqc.

That's why I like it so much. When my sister & I team up in a FPS like Halo, she provides long ranged cover fire with sniper rifles & rocket launchers ("I spy with my little eye, something going boom", enemy tank blows up right on last word), while I'm the one with the shotgun & sword weapon, nimbly dodging around them.

no, here's my theory.

for one, most, if not all, gundam series are named off a specific mobile suit. (exept Stardust Memory and the 08th MS team)

ive already seen the very first gundam in the series, the one that saved Setsuna, called "Gundam 0". so, the Exia will be stolen, like i mentioned before, and then he will somehow get a new gundam, the 00, which will be an upgraded version of the former. make sense?
