not really...ya only need imagination.

anyway...since there's no else has drawn a conceptual image of the berserk gundam, i took the liberty to make one. so here it is...the berserk gundam.



it took me 30 minutes to make one from scratch. needs a little modification though.

speaking of characters, i should change the main character's look. that kind of hair style is too over rated.

Hey guys, I must apologize again for the delay, I jus' had my MRI done and have been sick on top of that. I don' have any drawings today, but I'm tryin' ta get them done. Nice concept drawin', rematch, mind if I use it in my drawin' of the Berserk? What I have is very similar ta urs and it would b easy ta combine the two concepts.

Well on wit the story...

"Well we can't just stand here and let them waltz away with that machine!" cried the young woman.

"I don't see what it is that we're suppose to do about it." Miyuki proclaimed sarcasticly.

"Perhaps I can be of some assistance, fraulein?"

The mysterious voice startled the three companions and they turned to address it's owner.

"Franz Guhgenheim." Said Kenneth as they stared at a brown-haired man wearing a dark business suit and a pair of gold wire-rimmed glasses.

"So I see that you have heard of me, good. It saves on introductions and it seems that we have little time for that. For you see, it seems that we have drawn the attention of that black mobile suit there." Said Franz as he pointed to the End as it was coming toward them, "Come, I will lead you toward my company headquarters on this colony, it's not too far from here."

As the four images ran up the street, the Shadowed Thunder began to make haste after them when he was hailed by one of the mobile suits carrying the gurney.

"Commander Shadow, what are you doing? We need you to serve as escort so we can carry the package to the mothership." Said the pilot.

"You're correct, the mission has top priority. Begin delivery at once!" Replied the Shadowed Thunder. He then stared hard at the images on his screen, zooming in on the young man helping the injured Federation pilot. He then thought, "We'll find out who you are very soon. There is something very familar about you my friend, something familar indeed."

A few moments later...

The four companions arrive at a huge building at the center of a plaza and enter. A group of people meet the four at the entrance...

"Mr. Guhgenheim, are you alright sir?" Asked a woman in the group.

"Yes, I am just fine. See to this young federation officer, she is injured and is in need of medical attention." Replied Franz.

Members of the group gingerly grabbed the federation officer and started to carry her away when she stopped them.

"I'm terribly sorry, in all of the rush, I never gave my name nor caught any of yours, I'm First Lieutenaut Jaime Churchill." She said.

"Kenneth Timbers." Replied Kenneth with a smile.

"Miyuki Kurasawa." Replied Miyuki enviously.

"Please, do not let them take the Berserk," said Jaime; almost pleadingly, "It's the Federation's only hope of bringing an end to this terrible war."

"We'll do what we can, fraulein." Responded Franz.

"Thank you." She replied as they carried her away.

Kenneth turned to leave the building when Franz grabbed him on the shoulder to stop him, "So you're going to ignore that young woman's pleas?"

"It's not that I don't want to help her, it's just that there is nothing that I can do. Besides I have to find my uncle, I lost track of him during the first explosion." Said Kenneth.

"Do not worry about your uncle, I'll have my men find him and take him to safety. As for this situation with the Berserk, there may be something you can do."

"Yeah and what is that, exactly?" Asked Kenneth with a curious expression on his face.

"Follow me, please." Said Franz as he gestured for them to follow them.

Within a few moments they entered an elevator and Franz took out a card and swiped it on a nearby panel and punched in a bunch of numbers. The elevator doors closed and it began to move down.

"Is it me or are we moving below the surface structure of the colony?" Kenneth asked.

"You are correct, in your assessment. The engineering and test facilities of our corporation are located deep within the colony. It is a very vast facility, so try not to let it overwhelm you." Replied Franz.

They exited the elevator to an expansive and quite busy facility, Miyuki then sneezed.

"Gesundheit, fraulein. Please forgive me, our corporation works with certain chemicals that some people are sensitive to. And it sometimes floats around in the facility in minuscule amounts, we are trying to install a new and better filtration system. Please bear it for now." Said Franz.

"It's ok. I'll do what I can." Said Miyuki. She then wraps her arms around Kenneth's arm and blushes. Kenneth eyed her curiously.

Franz looked upon the scene with an almost comical grin and said, "This way please."

The three walked through a pair of huge double doors and beheld a sight that about took the breath away from both Kenneth and Miyuki.

"Allow me to introduce the Vertigo Gundam," Said Franz as he raised his arm to gesture towards the Mobile Suit, "I sincerely hope that it's not too much to ask for one of you to pilot this suit. For it is as the Federation Officer said, "'We can't allow the Berserk to fall into their hands...'" I have no pilots for this craft and the Officer is injured. I'll guide you through the process as best as I can, but we need one of you to do this one thing for us. One of you must make a decision..."

Kenneth couldn't help but think, "Why now? Why ME?!"

Hope evry1 liked that installment, I'm gonna work on those drawings and try ta get them done soon. But for now, the real world beckons. Later, guys.
