Minimum means the that is the smallest the size which it can be to be considered for the contest, sizes can be bigger and in fact it is preferred they be BIGGER!

Here are some other sizes that would be allowed:
2560x1600
1920x1200
1680x1050
1600x1200
1400x1050
1440x900
1280x1024
1280x960
1280x800
1152x864

Entry for WOTF, some notes...This really isn't finished...didn't have time to make the balcony (what is there was my "sketch" image) but tis time restraints

Stars done via below tutorial
Make A Realistic Starfield | Tutorial Outpost

Moon is stock recolored and some other effects.

Belldandy is my render/semi-restored image from the gallery here on AO.

I will re-upload this once I have finished the balcony and the WOTF is over but I won't make any changes until after the contest out of fairness.
