Deathnote- last volume?

I am currently reading Deathnote (1-12).

Does anyone happen to know what is the final volume of Deathnote(Manga).

According to wikipedia, deathnote is only 12 volumes. Since I've never read/watched the series, can't really comment on anything else.

When in doubt, check wikipedia.

Yep im pretty sure just the 12 vols but there might be a few more episodes in the anime.

Yes #12 is the last one. And it's very obvious too. It really has 'an ending'.

Death Note only has 12 volumes for the story line but there is a supplemental volume.

Currently, VIZ has released all twelve volumes of Death Note in English, and will release the Death Note: How To Read 13 supplement in February 2008. (got it from wikipedia)

last volume 13th volume a special sedition of Death Note...

the 13th volume doesn't really contain the story... coz it ended in the 12 volume

13th volume of Death Note contains the information about the characters

like L's birthday, a special card that tells L real name (I think its easy to find out L's name through the net now)

the other characters' bio info are also in there...

Since the official manga has 12 volumes, and there is a "13th" volume that is really informational to fill in plot gaps, this question is pretty much answered.
