Calling this show demonic implies that it involves hell. As a matter of fact, the only plane of existance outside of earth is the Shinigami realm. Heaven and Hell are only briefly mentioned.

So calling Death Note demonic is innacurate.

i don't think its a good influence also. but well if kids can differeniate what is real and not its doesn't really hurt i suppose. unless they start creating their own death notebook and write names inside! LOL!

I personally think it wouldn't be DEATH Note without that gothic/demonic feel. It wouldn't run the same way it did if it didn't have that over the top demonic feel. I believe it was a kick-butt anime with that eerie touch.

There is no such thing as an anime that is too demonic! Death Note is epic and demonic but thats what I love about it!

I don't think so.
Sure, it's dark and there is a huge moral conflict, but it's also not meant for children. I'd say teenagers yes, because they start to think about the storyline. But kids? No. They don't quite understand the meaning behind it.

It's also up to the individual how to deal with the story and the moral stuff. Some people tend to take it too seriously, I mean, it's a show. It's supposed to entertain. It's fiction, not reality.

Yes ! Because it is all about devil or monster !
And if one person cannot do their task to death note it is possible that person is dead !
