Evil, nah Perhaps twistied for a chance to change the world, Light in my mind is the good guy of the series, after I've seen the oppents the he has to out think in chest match for the minds on his quest for vigilante justice.

I don't think he is evil, he's just killing the vermin scum of the Earth. If I was to find a real Death Note I would rid the world of people terrorizing and corrupting the world too. I would only delete those who utmost deserved it and nothing more, I would not abuse such a strong power.

Hi all.
I personally feel that Light was evil. Even though he was killing innocent people to save his own skin like Ochi Gate said.

Evil definatly. I don't see any other way why Light would want to take lives of criminals, as he would probably understand that everyone has a right to exist if he wasn't evil. We do see how really evil he is in the very end of the Anime with that HYSTERICAL laughter.

he started of with good intentions, but once he started to kill of the fbi agents and anyone who would try to stop him becoming "god" thats when he became evil, if he had only carried on killing criminals who committed serious crimes maybe he may have a bit of an excuse
