there is nothing emo in deathnote. i believe it is a incredibly rare, intelligent anime. it's length was perfect, and the plot was refreshingly original and elaborate. the entire series swirls with emotion, moral, and logical questions. it has no real hero, and no established villain. it's creatively creepy, not emo. but just to lable deathnote as 'creepy' or 'emo' is a sin in itself.

Death Note is not emo! Where the H did you get that from? It's not even close of being depressing. I mean it could have it's moments.
It is Creepy and emoish but its still a great story and its not so much emoish and creepy but its more like very dark and evil.
I did not said it was emo did i oh well i like because like alphonse said it dark n evil v.s light n good n also emoish it alright. MY bad for saying it emo my bad i srry dude
lol, I don't think DN is emo...Dark and creepy, though? Definitley. Those people who invetned that lousy excuse for a manga/anime need a hobby, maybe starting a bright flower garden, or strolling through a park
