No they are tied but Light has more resources like the death note the eyes the shigami women he has way more than L L has the lab and everything but Light has it to so its really the only reason Light killed L he had more way more.

He would have got the same score 100% You can't beat 100% because you rember they both had a 100% Light because he killed L in the end thus Light wins!

i say that light is smarter because he was able to come up with a counter for everything that L did and was eventually able to beat him

well so far i think L is smarter.
Light thinks hes is doing the right thing but is just going crazy with power.

i wouldnt say he went crazy with power i think that basicly he just realized that the world would be better off without all the criminals and he decided to do something about it
