New to Death Note

I just started reading Death Note and I haven't seen any episodes yet, I know sad... Please fill me in and be friend me!!!!:worship::worship::worship::worship::worship ::hattip::hattip::hattip::hattip:

I downloaded all the eps. Watching anime on YouTube is the most frustrating thing imaginable

I read it, but...I guess it's a matter of opinion. They're both the same story, at least.

I liked the show...
You see, I watched the anime and read the manga along with all the extra movies and books...
The show was a bit different from the show, but for the most part was the same.
Though, in order to really get a feel for the show/ manga your just going to have to read and watch both, with or without all the other books and the movies, you know! :3

Death Note is my favorite Anime- ever. It's about a University student named Light who picks up a Death Note dropped by a bored Shingami (kind of like a Japanese version of Death). He begins to kill off criminals in order to make the world a better place. but he soon discovers that this is not as easy as he originally thought. And then L comes in <3. L is the world-famous detective who never reveals his name or face, two things in which Light needs in order to operate the Death Note (must have the person's name or face in your mind, or else it will not be effective). L wants to solve the Kira case (Kira being given as a name for Light, who is the unknown murderer of the criminals. Kira is derived from "Killer".), and goes in to bring him to justice. It is an amazing Anime, and I really hope you like it!
