Why death note is my favourite of all anime / manga - Page 2

yeah, there are actually 37 episodes, and the ending in the anime wasn't as powerful as the manga. but either way, the ending showed us how much of a downward spiral Light had gone down, and it was actually incredibly tragic, especially when when we realize we were cheering him on the whole time. the tragedy of the ending (and the whole downward spiral) kind of reminded me of Requiem for a Dream, except that movie was a lot more depressing. And yeah, the parts between L and Light were the best parts of the show, but it was still incredible to watch the plot evolve so believably and intelligently.

OK i just got finished with episode 26 and i still love it! I have been hooked on it for the longest time! ITs greatly planned out and the story line is marvelouse! I reccomend this one to any one who asks! i cant wait till i see the movies!
