[Lost Radiant Redemption]

Umm yeh, this is the thread for the rp in general, so anything OOC, or irrelevant to the story will need to be posted here If you need to do anything with a character template, then do it here.

Here is the first post

The night was a bit cold, but that was normal this time of year. Celcotor City was lively this time of night, but though inside the city limits the citizens and such were just beginning to explore all that Celcotor had to offer, outside the city something far more sinister was happening, something that in the next few moments would no doubt bring the city to it's knees.

An oddly shaped ship was about 2 miles away from the city, and activities inside were just normal enough that no one would ever suspect that things from that very ship would end up causing so much pain, and random suffering so quickly.

Three women were about twice was far away from the ship, as they were close to Celcotor City, and there forms were all glowing with large ki auras, showing that they were not playing around. To them this was all nothing more than a job, and so what happened was simply about them getting paid. Over the past few years the defense around these parts had gotten worse, and worse, so there was no way that guards, or anything of the sort were watching. which meant that as from three sides the women launched an onslaught against Celcotor, there was no chance.

Momo was walking down one of the main streets when she suddenly picked up on three large ki signatures from separate directions, but it was odd because they were moving. "Wait a second, are those?? Who would?? Dammit!!!!!!!!!" There was no time to properly react as the wave of energy slammed into the side of a building, being concentrated with massive amounts of force, it exploded, and practically leveling an entire block.

There was rubble everywhere, and Momo had just barely dived under a raised platform to save herself. There were cries of agony, and Momo spit out blood, looking at a man whom had been crushed by a falling piece of a building. "We're under attack. I never though the day would come."

Two more bangs made her cringe as across the city other attacks hit, causing more damage. a few blocks away, all that was left of the eastern ward was a groove running through the city where a crescent wave had ripped the street in half............it had begun.

Sunn had sat in the mountain range for the whole day, looking at the faded photograph of his now dead mother."I would have been sooner, Mother" Sunn said sadly. His thoughts had raged throughout the day from bitter hatred towards the one that had killed his mother, to the sadness and loneliness that he felt now.

Getting up, Sunn had thought of getting on a ship and going back home, but he remembered what he had shouted to the heavens hours before. Taking his feelings and storing them where no one would be able to get too, he took off towards the North. Suddenly there was a flare of ki energy that Sunn could not pinpoint, but it had come from somewhere to the East. Deciding to check it out Sunn took off and with a great burst of energy, Sunn flew faster than he had flow before.

Drinking it up at a dirty bar near the middle of Celcotor , Ramune was talking to the gang of bikers he had joined about the good parts of being buddhist. The glory of the Shaolin arts and strenght in that brotherhood. They all had been drinking heavily and the levels of intoxication was hitting a critical level. Someone made the mistake of making a bad comment towards Ramunes god Buddha, and he kicked him through the ceiling. Then the rest of the gang joined in and it was a one sided battle from there...Ramune destroyed the bar, along with the gang. Breaking tables and throwing bodies out the windows, everyone else in the room eagerly left the site of destruction.
After the dust had settled, Ramune could see that he wouldnt beable to get another round, seeing how badly beat up the bartender was. he just reached over and helped himself to a big bottle of wild turkey..."hmm, i havent had this one yet" he mumbled to himself asn he walked out the front door, over an unconcess person.
Something was tickleing the back of his head, someone with a strong Ki was here. Looking around as he worked on opening the bottle, a huge explosion could be felt, as the building a few blocks fown the street collapsed.
Nope not gonna go that way...
turning around He finaly managed the cap, and started to put the bottle to his mouth when another wave of energy destroyed the building he was standing next to. Crouching and defensive, Ramune wasnt hurt by the near miss. Ignoreing the screams around him, he went to try and drink again. Puting the bottle to his lips he tilted it back, but nothing came out..."huh?" he said drunkenly...the bottle had been smashed in the explostion, only the neck was intacted.
His rage rising...How dare they distrube his drink...it was the only thing that helped the pain of his loss...his forehead started to glow...

The reasons for Celcotor City to be attacked weren't making any sense to Momo at the moment, but for the time being trying to place together what was going on was not a good idea. She dragged herself to a standing position, and began moving through the destroyed street, shaking her head at corpses, and such. There was not a long time span before sge heard cries for help. The screams were blood curdling, yet she could tell this was a man's voice. There was no way to search him out by his ki signature because there were too many in the city all over the place, and not knowing which to set a match for, the option was out of the question. "Somebody please help me. I am going to die!!!!!!!!!" The voice was closer now, and Momo quickly located a man wedged underneath a car, who with out thanking her, ran off down the street, bleeding badly. There were more energies close by, and before he had time to do much, the was blasted back down the street, dead............

His body was mangled and twisted, blood dripping from the parts that still looked human. Men down the street cackled, and moved down towards her. Appearance varied, but the outfits they had on all matched, being bright green jump suits, with the mark of Ereon on the left breast, or shoulder. "This is ridiculous, why is Ereon attacking the city?? What does he want from here?? I won't let this happen!!!!!" Momo was running forward, in a fit of rage, and punched through an incoming attack, thus causing it to split apart and cause damage to the side of another building. The men looked a bit surprised because they couldn't kill her out right, and moved in on Momo to take her out.

"Oh a fiesty one huh?? What are you gonna do pretty girl?? We have come here for the dragon ball, and that is just what we are gonna take. If ya know where it is, either give it up, or just move out the way." He went to grab her, "On second thought, tell us, and then we can just kill you. Ehehe."

A lunge at her was made, and Momo brazenly avoided the blow, jumping to teh side and delivering a series of winding kicks that busted the man after her away, and into the air. "What the hell?? You lil b*tch!!! Guys circle her!!!!" From the left a purple reptile-like man grabbed her leg, and swung Momo down into the pavement. smiling as if he'd beaten her. To avoid a lot of impact damage, ki circled her form, and she used her hands, to balance herself, getting back up quickly. "not a chance scum, I don't know where the dragonballs are, but damn if you'll get away with this."

A few blocks away, a man went through the streets, looking a bit drunk, he actually looked extremely intoxicated, and this was something that Valera did not like about any man. He seemed powerful enough, but she swooped down, after wiping out her sector of the city because it seemed there was nobody there to fight back. "Her long hair flowed wildly about her, and she snickered at the man with the glowing forehead. "Looks like I get to have some fun after all. You are just the kind of ass i want to kill. Hunky, yet seemingly smart I see." Her hand glowed a sickly white color, and a spear of ki formed in it. "Time to die fool." The spear shot forward, tearing through the ground, sending dirt and grime everywhere, on it's path to skewer the man..........

Sunn arrived at Calcotor city only to find that it was in chaos, there where fights taking place where ever Sunn looked. There where a couple of high ki signatures radiating from the city itself, concentrating his mind Sunn located the nearest to him. flying towards the site, Sunn was stunned to see a beautiful woman fire a spear like projectile towards a near bystander.

Sunn was not going to let another person get hurt, so firing a blast of ki towards the projectile, Sunn was able to deflect it towards a vacant building. Sunn decided to make sure the bystander was o.k. " Are you hurt?" he asked the pedestrian. Taken back by the foul odor of alcohol, Sunn Turned to face his opponent.

his aura was already turning yellow, " Fool!" he slurred. tossing the broken bottle into the street, Ramune started to do some static moves chanting under his breath. The power buildup could be felt near by, as he held out a hand palm toward the woman who had tried to attack him. A wall of Chi energy launched out of his palm, rushing towards the attacker.

Valera was not surprised that there were others willing to defend another in a fight, but tow people at once would prove to be more annoying than one, but also twice the fun. Her spear had gotten deflected into a building, but it's ability was unknown to these tow men who chose to her fight her. One man of course was now in a fighting stance, and the other whom she had first intended to fight used some kind of ki attack that flew out of his hand like a wall. It crashed right into her, and from the looks of it, her body was blown away, into a car a few meters away. She screamed out after the blow, then the spear from earlier crashed in to the ground into front of the two men, causing a powerful shock wave that ripped through the ground.

Valera appeared in the man's face before he could even be knocked away from the blast, she was angry that he blocked her attack before, and immediately unleashed an assault on him. Valera whipped her body around, using her weight, and balanced on one hand, her leg coming up towards the man's chest, but she used her free hand to thrust upwards towards his face. There was only split seconds from each blow, so he would need to be quick to block every blow. From the hand thrust, Valera twisted completely around, and threw a sweeping kick to trip her wary foe, but used her left leg and jumped over it and threw a somersault kick that could possibly knock him into the air.

She glowered, and blasted ki out of her hand at him after. "Take this!!!!!"

A spear came out of nowhere to land in the ground in front of him. Before Ramune could raise a defensive hand, its shockwave threw him back into the remains of the bar. He had crashed though the main bar counter, a shaky hand reached up from behind the counter.
"I'm gonna kill her!" Geting up, he dusted off his robes, seeing a bottle of beer left unbroken on the counter top, he gave it a drink. Coughing he spit out its contents "Ugg warm beer..." throwing it behind him, he started to make his way back to the street where a battle as in action...

As the spear landed, Sunn realized that it was the same spear that he had deflected away from here. As it exploded Sunn's opponent burst through the explosion and attacked him, sending a flurry of hits and kicks into his body. Unable to defend himself Sunn was tossed around like a rag doll, after being catapulted into the air, Sunn was able to defend himself again but before he could. The beautiful and deadly Valera's energy attack blasted him into the nearest building.

Highly angered Sunn gathered his ki, Sunn forcing it into his hand, he willed it to becoming a sword. Sunn dislodged himself from the rubble of the building, found his target and attacked. His movements were sure and his footwork was excellent, turning and sweeping the blade in all manners, Sunn forced Valera back step by step. Feinting a cut to the abdomen of his opponent, Sunn swept the blade up towards her face, cutting her cheek as she tried to avoid the blade.

Valera was disappointed that the man hadn't been able to block a single blow, and he ended up being thrown into a building. She laughed, and moved deftly and rushed right into Sunn's line of attack. She was flawless, her movement was as poised as ever, and each blow he used, she ridiculous speed over matched it, and so as he attacked she moved, so fast that it looked like she hadn't. Ki was alrady coming out of her hand, and he swung the blade down towards her navel, but the way the blade was moving registered her senses as nothing more than a fluke, and she was correct in her assumption. With no reaction time, Valera moved her head in the line of the blade, and it moved up the side of her cheek. "Oh, it looks like you got me, hahahaha, oh please." It was dark, but should have been obvious that Valera was no longer the same as she was before.

Her entire body was now glowing blue, and her hair was now longer than it had been previously, it sparkled with a golden hue, and ki shifted around her body now. "I was just toying with you before. I've only been using 2 percent of my normal power, and now I am using this alter saiyan form" Before Valera was powerful, but these men didn't understand what they were up against. The spot where her cheek had been hit dripped........with ki. It was as if a shell had formed there, and it had defended the spot all on it's own. "Heh, maybe we'll see each other soon. Very soon."

She turned slowly, and began walking into another area of the city, but as she turned, her hand faced back. firing a twisting wave of ki down the street, wide enough to go from on side to the other. "Flash Eraser!!!!", she called out, then vanished...........

Momo had been in for a bit of a scuffle, but she had taken out all of the men attacking her, only sustaining a hit here, and there. "Damn, so Ereon wants the dragonballs." she felt a ki approaching, and a big one. She turned, jumping back as a spear made of some ki slammed into the ground near her. It was easy to avoid the blast, but before she had time to do much, Momo realized that there was another ki signature hidden within the first one, and a fist flew out and punched her away. She cried out as her body flipped and tumbled, but gained her footing before flying to far. "Shit. These guys are hella powerful, they must be the ones leading the attack." Smoke from the blast cleared.

Valera and another woman who looked just like her were floating a few feet up, both of them glaring at momo as if they intended to kill her. "So Valera, this is the one huh?? The one related to Ereon. The one that must know the locations of the dragonballs. It's really a shame that we have to kill her, and take out this pathetic city like this." Momo gasped, could what she was saying be true?? She knew about her history, but though that a lot of things were made up because of how her body was sealed away. She jumped into the air, rushing at Valera's double. Before she even got close, she got busted down to the ground. "Dear what are you thinking, that won't work. Now I have to destroy more of the city."

"NO!!!!!!!" It was too late, the woman fired from her mouth a single purple blasts, and it hit a building across the city, there was a horrific explosion, and Momo could see that the entire half of the city had been leveled. just like that. This was bad, she was going to need help...........

Valera smiled, "Nice one Valencia."

Sunn was taken back by how easily Valera had overcome his attacks, He had trained for years to perfect and hone his skills. But this evil creature was able to dash his training to dust. He was so sure that his Ki Sword attack would help but he never knew the extent of his opponent's power.

"Oh Sh*t." He cried as Valera fired her attack back towards them, grabbing the monk by his collar, Sunn jumped high into the air to avoid the beam, but was caught by the after blast of the city area being reduced to rubble. Sunn was flung higher into the air, where he was able to stop his flight.
looking around for Valera, but she was nowhere to be seen.

Sunn dropped to the ground and released the monk." So are you alright?" he asked.
