Thread: The Journey

Johnny flittted from shadow to shadow, staying one step ahead of Heather. They managed to reach the comic book shop, thusly.

They were at the book store where Iino worked. Heather went in calling for Iino, "Hello, I brought a friend for you to meet. I don't see anyone Johny, Do you?" she asked the shadows where Johny was.

Nicole decided that the Mother could be anywhere with that much time to wonder off. Who would leave their child alone in the middle of a park where anyone could pick up? He thought to himself. He jumped in front of Averia and the girl and said, "Do you mind if I check something?" and without waiting for an answer he put a finger on the little girl's forhead and looked into her mind. In there he seen the last image the girl seen of her mother and then he stood up looking around, looking for the girls mother that he seen in the girl's mind...

Jane shifted in her sleep. Then she moaned softly as the nightmare took hold of her. "Nicole, be careful. Not a child, Not....a....child" she murmured in her sleep, as the drugs pulled her from her dream back into oblivion.

Nicole was bothered about something. It just didn't make sence...the mental picture that he had of the girls mother had a background that didn't fit the girl's story....the picture in his head was a picture of her mother standing in front of a house waving. If the girl had seen her mother 30 minutes ago, then the picture should've been her mother in the park where they were...his mind probes take the most resent picture...something felt wrong...

Nurse Sahara came into Jane's room to check on her IV. Jane was restless again. "Nicole, Not a child." she murmured with her nightmare. Sahara checked her, she was definitely asleep. "careful, she's dangerous....not...a...child" she began to toss again. Johny faded in beside her and touched her hand. Jane calmed right down and went back into a deep sleep. Then Johny told Sahara, "I'm playing with Heather." as he faded back out again.

Sahara stood staring at the spot where Johny had disappeared from. Something really strange was going on here and she was going to ask Dr. Sanborn about it. She hurried out of the room just like she had seen a ghost.

I smiled at the staff and put my hand in front of me. "Hi I am Kiani Haki, it is nice to meet you." Left my hand out there so the staff member could shake it.
