15 years later, after the death of the unknown creature which hid in Mars caves. Mars City became more populated and developed, people come and go as they please, though the Government wishes to populate other planets as well, but they still are continuing with their recent testing on Mars.

Somewhere 50 miles away from the Mars City, a small hidden base only high ranked officers knows about, a small prison with private soldiers and special forces patrolled and guarded. and inside, a investigator roamed the halls with several officers, "As you can see, Mr. Thorn, this prison is non-escapable, if someone wants to escape...they can die of thirst across this bloody planet, and this prisoner you want us to look after? this former Sergeant Marshall, is just one man, what harm can he do?" the investagor laughs, "believe me, he can do a lot of harm." the group looks at a cell a man with grey long hair, and a grey beard with prison cloths on sits on a bench, waiting.


Prologue:

John sitting on a bench looks up and watches the officers and a strange person watching him, he felt like he was being a pet for a test or something. John didn't move nor didn't made a sound, but kept his focus on the people who watched him, John started thinking in his head, 'Wait till I get out of here.' He closed his eyes and let himself fell asleep.

The clerk sitting at the registration looks up at Lt. Harper, "Welcome back sir," the clerk said as he typed on the computer, he hands him a file of papers, "Here are your papers, uniform and oh I almost forgot, your old P.D.A, remember, if you need any contact of what so ever, depend on that thing because it saved my life." the clerk smiles, "also sir? Baracks are located east of the city, between Borolo, and Sam, good luck." he winks and gives him a thumbs up.

John wakes up and sees the same person staring down at him, the same investigator who watches him from time to time, The investigator doesn't move, soon another soldier walks over to the investigator, "Sir? we got a report that Lt. Harper is back," the investigator turns his head, "Bring him here, I want to introduce him to somebody."

walking down the corridor towards the barracks two soldiers walk up to him "Sir let him take your bags and i will escort you to the investigator" handing my bags over "What is this about" following him he wonders

The assassin carefully walked through Mars City, as usual the city was packed and alert. The city thrived on technology and, unlike the exponential growth of technology of Earth; there was technology here that couldn’t be found anywhere else, created specifically for use for Mars City. It was truly a marvel to wonder at for a first comer, but a native to Mars City—or a believed native of Mars City—such technology was commonplace and any other was unique, strange… barbaric.

It was believed that Mars City was the universal gathering for all races alike to converge, live, hate, grow, evolve… so meeting an alien, or demon, or a cybord was not uncommon, you could even say that not meeting one on the way to work or school was the strange thing. Again, the stronghold of the humans, Earth, rarely saw a different race and jealously guarded what was their own by right, and was prepared to make war if it came to it. Mars City, the rumors were, was like the haven of races; protected by everyone, it flourished and rivaled even that of Earth’s Military, a feat that is still believed to be impossible.

As he traversed, the assassin kept his gaze low, his senses alert, and his keen wit constantly working… he was on a job. It wasn’t yet time for his target to expose himself, a signal would be given through the city’s street lights: Blink once for the target is open, blink twice for the target having an unknown amount of guards, blink three times in the number of guards are known and if so the clock tower would resound the number of guards, blink four times and the mission was called off.

The assassin readied himself at the location mentioned in the briefing. As he waited the minutes crawled by like hours; how many assassinations was it now? Twenty? Thirty? A hundred? He lost count after the first ten or so in the first six months as an assassin close to five years ago. His missions have decreased in time, no one would disagree with his organization and if they did, they would die. He always left a calling card; on the card was a simple flower drenched in blood, weeping like a mourner… a Lily whose petals were all in black. The name written above the flower was the one that spelled fear, an unshakable cold numbness that gripes at your heartstrings just before death takes you. The name was: Totschlager, or Killer in German; it was by no means his true name, that was long ago forgotten, cast away either by force or by accident.

Twenty more minutes before the signal would be gien.

K-12 hidden somewhere in the city, hidden away from others to show himself, why does he do this? because he was once a common traitor who shot and killed a high officer, a corrupted General, he had no proof of the General's exploits, nor did he had a reason to kill him in the first place, K-12 sat in a dark room, filled with different types of weapons, Shotguns, M-16, Plasma Rifles, Pistols, Sniper Rifles, Rocket launchers, Etc. He had to keep himself guarded at all times if he still wants to live.

He helped the rebellion 15 years ago, he wanted to help and bring down the injustice. So he gave himself to the rebellion, only to bring peace and justice. But still he feels things aren't done in time, he feels like he is useless, no longer needed. Though he still has one thing to consider himself for, his pride. And with that with him, he will stay alive longer. He crave for things he wants to know, why was he built as a Super-soldier? why was he ordered to kill a man name Jet? A man who was a son to the General?

The investigator watched John, then he heard the doors opened because his ears twitched, he looks behind him, Lt. Harper made his way to him with several soldiers. "Ah Mr. Harper, I hope the flight was a good one? I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding here, but I do know you should feel safe here on the outskirts, but do tell me something." he shows him the cell John was in, "Do you know this man at all by any chance?" John looks up and see's a young boy, for a minute there, it felt like it was....He doesn't know what it feel like, but He knows what it did feel like.
