Jace Armaggedon

Jace stopped as a gaurd paced towards the corner. He thought he would be caught but at the last moment the gaurd turned around and continued down the passage way. "Phew that was close" ,Jace said as he ran in the opposite direction. All of a sudden he sensed large amount of energy protruding from the path he had ran from. Then he sensed another. "Is that...the girl?" Jace wondered as he turned down back into the hall. He decided to put his previous chase on hold until he could find out what was going on.

After a long while of dodging gaurds and traversing passageways Jace heard shouts coming from a nearby hallway. He peered around the corner and saw the same girl he saw before. she was looking up at something and was clearly pissed about it. Jace looked up and saw that a cloaked person was sitting on the overhead rafter. "Whatchout!!" Jace called and unsheathed his sword. running around the corner he jumped and cut through one of the rafters in a single strike. sending the cloaked person falling to the ground. "Jace stood in front of the girl with his sword in front of him defensivly. "Are you okay" he said to the girl without taking his eyes of the cloaked person.

Soldat of life

André, while staring idly at the fire hypnotized by its motion, barely heard someone tumbling about. His mind quickly came back though and looked in the direction it came from. To his surprise, his guest had finally woke up, though with apparent confusion of where she was. Staying seated and not making any quick movements to keep any thought of danger away from the young women, André tried to calm her down with words.

"My name is André Delacroix miss and this is my home you are in. I saw you collapse a few days passed and brought you here in my benevolence towards someone who seemed in distress. I suggest you stay here for now or far from the village to the east as someting sorrowful has happened not long before I found you and they might think you the cause." Del calmly replied with a tone not presenting any menace towards the lady that hopefully would ease down. "You are my guest here and I have plenty of food for the two of us. You are welcome to stay as long as you like and I'd appreciate the company, these parts are pretty lonely other than the farmers that live around here." He went on, adding a log in the fire to keep it well lit, taking his eyes off the strange women, but making a point to stare into her eyes that were strangest of all, smiling of course.

Nari was too busy yelling at the person in the rafters to notice someone come up behind her. Then she heard a yell "Whatchout!". Before she could even turn around, the yeller had run past her and sliced the beam the cloaked figure was resting on. As the figure began to fall the sword wielder came to a defensive position in front of her. " Are you ok?" she heard him ask. "Yeah i'm fine" She replied, confused. Then she realised who he was. "Hey your the guy i'm angry at..... damm I mean your the guy from before." She said, shocked. Now I wont have to find him to beat the crap out of him. I can do it here. She thought to herself sadisticly. " Nice of you to come back" She said sarcasticly, folding her arms. She watched as her looked around. He's protecting me. Why is he protecting me? I dont even know him. Confused, Nari shook her head, frowning slightly. "Why did you come back?" She asked softly. Hopeing that maby for once there is someone who would protect her for who she is, not because she was a princess.

Meka watched from behind a lonely corner of the hallway. Her eyes went from the one who stood in front of Nari to Nari herself. Good….. she’s okay… for now. Meka then looked down at the cloak figure on the ground. Hmmm. Meigi. Meka raised her eyebrow and looked back at Nari and the man who stood beside her. I change my mind. Meka said quietly to herself, as she pushed strands of her long black hair behind her ear. This Princess Nari is worth a lot of money….. and I don’t need the emotions of me getting to close to her anyway…. Meka placed a black arrow in her bow and stepped out from the corner and slowly aimed to bow at Nari.

Louisa could barely blink before the beam broke, giving her no time to react. She lay crumpled on the ground, taking time to catch her breath as she tuned her senses to the surroundings. She blew out a rude raspberry as she realized that it was the injured man and the other stranger… Who was about to try and kill the idiotic princess with an arrow? A groan escaped her lips as she realized the two were not gifted with the ability to sense others, she would have to save the princess again.
“Princess, you are such a hard person to protect,” Louisa leapt up, “And neither you nor your family is worth the protection you currently have.” A flame burst into life just behind the pair and she raised a heat shield between the three of them and the to-be assassin. “Mister, rule number one in the art of combat – Watch your back,”

Jace turned around suprised. He had no idea that the same force he sensed earlier was behind them the whole time. The cloaked person had put up a fire shield right in time before an arrow clashed into the shield. All of a sudden a huge iffusion of water met with the fire and steam gushed from in front of us. I dashed out in front to protect the others and saw the person. it was an assasin by the looks of it. Jace held up his sword defensively and went in for the attack.

Nari was confused, "Whats going on?" She tried asking, but people seemed to have their own agender doing on. The cloaked figure had fallen to the ground but now was standing in the hall in front of them. She felt a wave of heat go past her. It was her! She realised, remembering the heat from moments ago. Nari now heared the heat wielder speak. "Princess, you are such a hard person to protect," It had said to her. It? no SHE! The cloaked figure was a girl. She spoke again "neither you nor your family is worth the protection you currently have.” That made Nari angry. " Why you! You have no right to speak about my family like that!" Nari yelled back angrily, but it seemed the new girl wasnt listening, she was already talking again. “Mister, rule number one in the art of combat – Watch your back,”. My back? She thought. turning around. As Nari turned, she heard a fizzling sound and saw a wall on steam, and the man run up to another cloaked figure. She looked at the new comer. An arrow? she saw it pointed at her. On no. Nari was getting angry again. She pulled out the two thin chopsticks holdig her hair up. As her hair fell, she took a defensive position. Holding the chopstick which were actually thin metal needles.

Louisa braced herself as the arrow was shot, it was no ordinary arrow, probably infused with whatever power the assassin had. She hissed as she saw her shield evaporate the arrow. Water, her most hated rival when she was in battle. She raised the heat around the assassin up a notch, if I can’t burn her, I’ll make her sweat with heat. Water against fire, lightning and what’s that guy’s ability? Please don’t tell me it’s just swordsmanship. Nice hair accessories princess, she mused as she noticed the metal sticks. She strode forward and nudged the princess, “You wanna handle the assassin on your own? I’ll provide defense, backup and probably harass her at the same time…” She drew out a small dagger and got ready to attack

Meka raised her eyebrow as she watched her arrow evaporate. She only stood there and looked at them, then she smirked. Don’t tell me that the Princess wished to fight…. Meka suddenly jumped in the air and flipped backwards avoiding one fighter’s attack. Meka looked at the other fighter and smirked. “Impressive... no one has ever stopped my arrow before... this should be interesting.” Meka threw down her crossbow and pulled a long sword. She wasn’t skilled in the sword, but her power was indeed impressive. With one swing Meka sent five lighting discs at the fighter whom stopped her Death Arrow. Then with great speed and agility Meka swung her long sword toward the one who attacked her. The sword was heavy and Meka’s are grew tried hastily as she advanced her attack toward him.

Jace blocked the assasins sword with his, sending a few sparks flying into the air. She had swung the sword so fast Jace had barely blocked it, but he knew she couldnt keep it up for long.Jace hesitated for a split second and then delved into his dark powers and shot out a surge of dark energy from his left hand. knocking out two of the disks and blasting a whole in the wall. "Surrender assasin, I do not wish to hurt you" Jace said while standing in a sword lock with her."We do not need to fight!!" Jace then sensed gaurds coming from within the castle. Whatever would happen now would have to happen fast.

Nari stopped one of the flying disks with her needles, and turned to watch the fight. It was interesting for some reason, she couldn't look away. What was going on with her. Why did she feel like this was important, And wh couldnt she look away from the fight? It was all too confusing so she just let er body take over and stood motionless, stairing at the fight.

Energy started building up in the air, static formed and you could almost breathe it in. Nari swayed slightly "Stop fighting." she wispered softly. "Stop fighting!" She said louder they she yelled it "STOP FIGHTING!" Sudenly she ran at the fighting pair and ran between there clashing swords. Useing her body as a wall between them.
