Paper Wings

"trust me im just as surprised as you are"i said in a strange voice.

I jumped a bit when I heard the voice of Syrix sudden behind me...And I was scared so I looked scared around..."Oh it's you Syrix"...My heart was beating fast from everything...I looked foreward and walked ahead and to the sea..."It's red but it's somehow beautiful too"...I walked to the sea and put my hand in the water...Then I smelled it..it..it was blood...I pulled out my hand quickly and yelped and fell backwards on my butt...I was shocking...I looked at the sea with big eyes...

"yea i noticed that too"i said looking around "reishien has to be somewhere"i said to her but now in my normal form.

"Go find her then"...I said without looking back...I was still looking at the sea...Then I looked up at the three suns...Somehow it was relaxing to me..But it was scaring me too...I didnt know what it was...I was confussed...

I then jumped from island to island looking for reishien.

"i sure hope so... i wonder... i hope the other two have already found the priestess."
reishien said, looking back at the trail of reiki.

"we'd better go along then."
then she jumped off, from one floating island to another, feeling a weak but stable wind beneath her feet.

"i noticed... there actually is a source of wind in this place. I thought the hold was supposed to be a void held together only by reiki."

they jumped off slowly from one island to the next. then reishien suddely lost balance, and twisted toward the thread. a piece of her clothing burned.

"gah! this bites."
with elayn standing beside her, she tugged her.
"You see that don't you."
they were on an unusually large island. where a different color reiki was joining with the bright blue reiki they were following, there were three others.

in all, they were red, blue, brown, white, and green.

"that's strange... don't you think so? anyway, should we go on then?"

I saw that Syrix was gone...I sighed and I stood up...I was looking at the water...Then I saw a creature coming at me...And looked at me...It was a dragon that was flying at me...I was standing still...Then the dragon landed near me...I was scared of it...But I stayed somehow calm...Then I walked slowly to the dragon and extended my hand to it...The dragon lowerd his head and touched my hand...Then I stood infront of the dragon and I stroked his head softly...'He is not bad at all it's such a softy'...I smiled softly...The dragon closed it's eyes when I stroked his head...'Hmmm he likes it'...I kept stroking his head....

Elayn looked around. She had no idea whether or not it looked odd or not.

"I couldn't really say it looks strange. Reiki, all of this is new to me."

She says the last part with at distant tone. She looks back at Reishien.

"We should press on though. You don't travel if you don't move."
