I'd appreciate more details of the world, at least some restrictions to characters, even if they are minimal restrictions, and have a minimum of making sure that the people know how to post at least one coherent paragraph.

Once this is met, you can post an OOC thread for everyone to officially register their characters and discuss about the RPG out of character.

Finally, after the OOC thread is up and your players have their characters set, you can post your RPG thread.

It all depends on the one who will create the RPG, it can be fantasy style, medieval style, futuristic style, any style. The details that the creator of this thread wrote up make it as a fantasy combative RPG, so there might be a lot of fighting happening. But if you want more details, wait for him to reply or PM him directly.
