This is an odd question, because I swear I've done it before: but how do you approve images? I can't seem to find anything in either the image preview or the "Edit" screen.

Also: can we get a notice when images requiring approval appear? Otherwise they don't appear on the main page and get buried in galleries unless we just happen to be browsing there.

Go to the gallery, there is an "Admin" link click it (you may have to login to the gallery panel).

(it is beside the "Home · Advanced Search · Profile · Upload Photo" )

From the menu choose "Approve Photos"

This brings up all images for all categories which need approval. You can change the category here if they have picked the wrong one.

To add a little note: I believe when a new image needs approval or anything than a checkmark appears beside the Admin link in the gallery so you'll know if anything needs to be updated there.

*Another note: DONT hit "log out" while you're in the Admin page of the gallery as it'll log you out of AO!! Yeah...I've done that. Xd (I'm learning things the hard way)

Didnt I warned you about it, youth this days dont apretiate a good advice...

Another tip, when you are in the approval page, if you click on any of the preview images, a window will show you the full image and here you can modify the user entry, add tags, change decriptions, titles, ...
