Bot: Inappropriate material

tsurara has complained about one of the photos in the database:

Message - Anime Online Gallery

with the following comments:

Inappropriate material, no tags, third warning

Note: Hey guys/gals, this is my first try at this so let me know if there is another way to deal with this. I can write the user a PM once we announce to members and let it sink in. If he's creating extra work for Mods I want to make sure he knows he will face consequences.

Whenever i see these i just add in more tags, buts it definitely a lot of work.
I'm for letting them know. If they continue to do so, we should just keep deleting them until they learn.(too far?).

I just moved it to the appropriate gallery. Will send him a PM to make sure he understands why it needs to be placed in the appropriate gallery and why we need to keep inappropriate material off of the main pages.
