Once again I bring up the copyright issue i.e putting username/name of anime/year/etc), I know i've been skipping over Walls from time to time but what should we do?.

Just Delete them?(have the members come to us as to why they are being deleted)

If we want to enforce this then it needs to be in the rules...I see nothing in the gallery section of the rules that says we have to tag our wallpapers.

The crediting issue, as it is written, only applies to material that isn't generated/created by the uploader.

It's meant to look out for fans, not companies.

My scans include copyright information as well (and others have been following the example), but it's not a requirement.

The credit rule, in the strictest sense, is to credit those who generate materials you do not. ie. the scanner, fanartist, photographer, etc.

Since we don't allow users to upload wallpaper or fanart that isn't their own: the credit rule is more or less pointless in those sections.

Though basic tagging and titling rules apply to walls as well... if the title and tags suck or are nonexists, nuke them until the uploader decides not to be a lazy-ass about his entries.
