Okay I must admit that I do watch it not that I meant to, but I had caught one episode & followed up on it ever since... Now that the new episode/book is out on Nickelodeon I think Book: 3... Anyways I just want to know who watch it, what you think about the program, who's your favorite characte(s), do you like the Aang & Katara relationship thing/chemistry.?. Just tell me what you think of the show, characters, plot, the whole nine yards...

I had thought that too at once, then when she saved his life I gave her the benefit of the doubt... I am just glad I am not the only one who watches it... I use to make my lil' cousin sit down & watch it with me so I have a logic reason to see it, then I just realized I like the show...

Hey bro! don't let him get to you. The funny thing is how come if he does not like the avatar why is he checking out this topic. I mean most people when they don't like a topic they just don't talk about it. I think he is just trying to get some attention. so just ignore him.

... Anyways back to the topic I really do like the series. it is really unique and has strong plot. Aang & Katara relationship is Ok I don't like it but I don't dislike it either however It makes me think. How come Aang has to give up the love that he has for Katara to master the avatar stage. the reason I don't get it is becasue in the past there was an avatar that got marry and I'm sure he mastered the avatar stage.

You know you are right!!! They did say that for him to master being the Avatar he has to give up the one he loves...(It has been a minute... I have to refresh my memories)... I wonder also is it like on Naruto how Sasuke has to kill a close friend to master the sharigan...

I wonder if you actually have to sacrifice someone you love to become stronger... *Thinking*, but I didn't know that the previous Avatar was married... You learn something new everyday... I am glad that I can come to a thread to get info & catch up on some of the things I missed in the show... Like I said refresh my memory... ^_^

Most people don't know. Just go to youtube and do a search for "Avatar escape from the spirit world". there are 4 chapters. so just make sure to watche them all. they talk about the past lives of the avatar.

I would post you the video but I'm sure aceman67 ( I don't think he likes me) would get me for that.

Anywho, I don't think love has to do with an avatar unless it conflicts with the development of the avatar state. I assume the other avatar was already with his wife. Aang is confused, what can you expect, he's just a kid. So, that interacts with his head when he's supposed to be clear minded.

EDIT: DID ANYONE SEE THE NEW EPISODES!!!!! THEY WERE AMAZING! Who could guess that any of those things could happen, you know? Azula looking out for Zuko. Uncle crying in jail due to his nephew. Aang joining a firebending school?!
