In my case my favorite is "Sokka" even though he cannot bend an element he always finds a way to make it up for not bending. Althogh his sister is very smart I think he is smater.

Grrr....I can't decide between Toph or Zuko.

I mean, Toph is a freakin' beast. She's smart and strong as hell.

Zuko is just so cool. He has the heart a great warrior. And not to mention he's hot!!!! Sorry for my girliness, lol.

Zuko is my favorite. I tend to like the characters who have an internal battle between good & bad. which will win. He could be happy, if he ever gets his head out of his butt. Every time he seems like he's found some peace, he gets lured back with the honey sweet arsenic laced promises of a loving & forgiving father. ARRGH! He's so desperate for the love of the father who has never accepted him, that he'd do just about anything.

Toph is my favorite character mainly because of both toughness and attitude. xD Whats awesome about her other than her attitude is her amazing earth bending though she's blind. Feeling the vibrations move beneath her feet and also figuring out how to bend and rearrange particles of metal in the re-melded steel. Nice.

Zuko.
He's not the smartest, but his story is the best of all characters in my opinion. He's also tough, an excellent bender, but not the most level-headed. Still a great character. What else is there to say?

I can't wait to see what happens with him in Book 3.

I know I like him too. he is much darker than the rest of characters. Also he fights for his honor.

Uncle is an awesome character as well. I would love to travel with him, he makes things a lot funny and exciting. Remember when he ate that poisonous plant, lol.

yes, I believe he made a tea with that plant. He look really funny with all those red spots on his face.
