GFX BATTLE: GallComp vs Pyro Psycho (Voting)
Ok here is our next battle, featuring GallComp vs Pyro Psycho
The theme was Pen Tool!

(=_=) Hmmmm...well, guess I'm going with Pyro's work here. Seems like both entries do a good job with working with the theme but I really liked the work put into Pyros...but GC's is just as great, really, it was a tough choice. ^^;
i voted pyro it was nicly blended and light i really liked it
but gallcomp's was nice too i loved the text and the background but i think the reader was abit bight and stood out too much for the sig but still u both did an awsome job ^^

I'm not a fan of mirroring... and I don't really get any sense of unifying theme from the other entry.
So what are you saying exactly. in a way are you dissing the sig. because thats not feedack and your not giving a reason for that either. Im voting for Pyro. your concept was amazing.
I voted for Pyro Psycho, because he/she has some great pen tool, because she gave her render a nice flow to it with adding a stroke to the pen.
Gallcomp, those pen tools aren't all that impressive, you can simply do that design with the line tool.
My vote went to Gall.Because i did not like the mirroring of Pyro's sig just did not catch my eye like Galls did.Thus he won my vote..
I voted for GallComp.
Reasons:
GallComp's caught my eye, it's more arresting, and the line flows reminded me of a dream catcher. Dreamcatchers... Dreams...nice flow. Dreamcatchers are all about allowing a uniformed connected flow of good and filtering out the bad. I don't know if you were going for that effect, but I felt it there.
Pyro's, sorry, but I didn't get any sort of a feeling from it. I found myself with my face inches from the monitor trying to figure out if there was something in the middle/bottom of the sig. I finally decided it was just lines and blending, and I should stop before I go blind. On the other hand your blending is very nice.
I try looking at the sigs. before I look to see what the subject is. I hope that I can get a feeling, thought, or impression from it. Then I look to see if what I "got" from the sig. is what they were trying for. GallComp's, in my humble opinion achieved this. Good luck GollComp.
