GFX BATTLE: Zyta vs Pyro Psycho vs _gwenibe_ (Winner = _gwenibe_)

Eh....see lol this is why i stopped Entering GFX battles here and SOTW's not to sound like a jerk but you guys do not know how to vote for GFX battle entires. Sorry its just the truth

in other words, the only reason you could give for voting that way is that pyro is your friend and she's cool.

Seems like if anyone needs a lesson on proper voting, it's you.

Oh, and my own vote goes to gwenibe. Zyta has an obvious page break that hasn't been edited out of the original scan :/ The others are more or less a toss up in terms of quality.

I do believe that would be pwnage...


But what ever i voted for _gwenibe_ the render shows more emotion with the crying than the others.Also the quote added a little more some thing to it IMO,thus wining my vote..

Ok time for me to vote Club Bleach style.

Zyte: Your flow stops as soon as you hit the line. Also what is up with the blue haired guy on the left of the render. The whole tag is plan ,and the colors are plain too. The colors do not in anyway help the tag at all actually they make it seem like you did this in 2 layers. The whole left side is random and the text stands out more than the render does. I'm wondering if you did any lighting or any kind of effects because i see none.

Gwen: I love your tag. Your flow is nice it matches the tag very well ,and it doesn't look like you did this in 2 layers. the render you picked wasn't a low quality one like Zyte had. The colors match perfectly , the way blue and purple mix while not canceling each other out is wonderful. The lighting on the render is perfect. But the only thing i didn't like was the text. Maybe ethier make it all white or all black.

Pyro: Your render didn't have much emotion so you tried to use the body to show enough that you could have a slight emotional effect. It sadly did not work for me. The text is great. The color of the text is wonderful. The BG is great too but what the hell where you thinking when you used the brush on the render. Other then that the tag is great.

My vote goes to Gwen

i would have to say that Pyro seemed to one i just couldn't take my eyes off of this time.

though i will admit that Zyta's was nice, and i'm a fan of D.N.Angel i just couldn't see the emotion in it. its a great sig of D.N.Angel and i love the statement "love transcends time" which reminds me of that clock part of the story line. but as for the rest of the sig, it just didn't seem to get there.

and of course Gwen's sig was great as well, straight forward emotions and all. very full on, but for my tastes, a little to much. though it is a great sig and i'll give her full cred for that. loved the rhyme in it also.

but the reason why i went for Pyro's was the mysterious and to me kinda complex emotion that seemed to be flowing out of it, full cred to the render. though i wasn't a big fan of that fuzzy smoke in the foreground. the lighting and that splash of blue in the background won me over. also loved the colours, simple, yet looks great. nice job.
