Well here is a little bit of knowledge that many people may have missed out on. The anime series Trinity blood is based on the series Rage against the Moons, and Reborn on The Mars. These novels light novels. While all have been traslated they are bing released in alternating four month patterns. The light novels are rich in detail and get into far more back story than the anime did. The two story archs are different in that one series covers nidividual characters apart from any connecting plot and the other arch is the plot ni teh anime. If you wished to know more about characters such as sword dancer and Gunslinger, as well as the witch character or little girl in the anime I would say this is definately for you. One major criticism is that the way they are bing relesed means you lose your place eaisly with the alternating release of teh same characters and different story archs.
