well as alot of the ladies on ao will know what i mean by time off month and my monthly firend is here etc (just dont wanna say it)
but sice i hurt my leg i cant sleep on my tummy cos it hurts mt leg not sure how tho....
but i always did that to put pressure on it and stuff has any one any advice on how to help it other than painkillers,hot water bottle and putting weght on it.. because its exacly 3.15 am and i havent slept yet

You can always do some light stretching but really if your stomach really hurts, lay on the floor with your legs bent so your heels are near your bottom and put your hands on stomach and just focus on breathing. The more you focus on the pain, then the more its going to hurt. Mind of matter Equinn![]()

I eat snickers and excercise to take my mind off the pain. And trust me, I know it hurts. A bath is also good-like peach suggested. I don't know about herbs but god do those cramps hurt. Try eating chocolate. They have the endorphins that immitate the effect of being high
