here i am at work trying to work out a presentation and somehow i got stuck with something that didn't help the nervousness. i didn't know if it was something i ate or something else. Been trying out for the longest time why i seem stuck with it.

I ended up reading something on msn lifestyle and well it got me distracted but still not so working arrgh!
