Writer's Block is a Pain!
I haven't wrote anything or posted any new poetry here on AO in a LONG time! I don't know why I haven't been able to write lately but I've been trying to force myself to write something and I just can't seem to get the pen to meet the pad. I have all these things I could write about and no way to express it in a few sentences. It's kinda sad really. I can write small fractions of my manga stories when I'm drawing them but I can't write at will anymore.
Rawr!
What do all my fellow writers do when you get writer's block? Any advice would be super helpful.

I used to sit in a tree and write/draw. But I don't live in the same house with the cozy tree in the back yard. That was ages ago.
Re: Writer's Block is a Pain!
I know what you mean (at my old house it was a boxed up little plot and one big pine tree they said I had to cut it down because it violated somthing or another)
Re: Writer's Block is a Pain!
That sucks. Trees are too awesome to cut down. Especially the ones you're able to climb. :D:

I've had writers block for years. You know that. But I'm going to start making notes and writing an over-view for a story. And I've been trying to write more poetry lately.

I'm glad I was able to force some poetry out of me earlier this week. It's one step closer to overcoming writer's block. ^_^

I'm not exactly an expert writer, but what i do is just start writing stuff. I just starting writing about the topic/story and not really worrying about structure or if things sound perfect. Once i get into a flow i can go back and be nit picky but the hardest thing for me is to just get started.
